- Tickets for the SND performances are sold at the SND ticket offices, at the Ticketportal sell points and online at www.ticketportal.sk. Tickets for opera and ballet performances may also be purchased online at www.eventim.sk, www.oeticket.com.
- Advance booking of tickets is available. When booking tickets, the customer undertakes to pick up the tickets within three working days from the day of booking. If he/she fails to do so, the booking will be cancelled. Should the customer book tickets three days prior to performance, he/she may pick up the tickets no later than half an hour before start of performance. After this date, all bookings by individual clients are cancelled.
- Prior to purchasing a discounted ticket, the customer is obliged to present appropriate documentation. If he/she fails to do so, he/she will be not allowed to purchase discounted ticket. By appropriate documentation the originals of the following cards are understood: student/school card, Euro26 card, ISIC, ITIC, a disabled person card, ID card (retired persons).
- After purchasing tickets, check that the data printed on them are correct.
- 30 minutes before start of performance, only tickets for the same day performance may be purchased.
- The following vouchers may be used to pay for opera and ballet performances:
- Ticket Multi, Ticket Energy, Ticket Compliments
- Relax Pass, Universal Pass, Flexi Pass

- CADHOC
- Unless there is a change or cancellation of performance, the purchased tickets may not be returned. In the event of a changed or cancelled performance, the SND refunds the ticket price within three working days after the date of the planned performance, solely at place of purchase (SND ticket office).
- Unless there is a change or cancellation of performance, invoices for SND tickets issued on the basis of a valid purchase order may not be cancelled.
- In the event that the customer attends a substituted performance, he/she is not entitled to a refund of the purchase price of tickets or to a refund of the difference between the price of tickets of the original and the substituted performance.
- The Slovak National Theatre announces all changes or cancellations of performances on its web-site www.snd.sk . Notices are also posted at the SND ticket offices. Customer groups are also notified by phone or e-mail, if the Slovak National Theatre has their contact information.
- Tickets are valuables and their forgery is punishable by law.
- A ticket without control stub or otherwise damaged is not valid and its owner will be denied entry into the theatre.
- In the event of loss, we do not provide new/substitute ticket.
- The ticket seller is not liable for delayed delivery or damaging of tickets caused by Slovak Post.
- After begin of performance, entry into the auditorium is not allowed.
- During performance, eating, drinking, the use of audio-visual equipment and mobile phones is forbidden. Photography and audio-video recording of the performance are forbidden.
